Statutory Content of Section 81

Where, without any reasonable ground, the parties fail to agree on the appointing authority or on any of the arbitrators, the Chief Justice or any other judge of the Supreme Court or of a High Court may, on the application of a party, appoint any person to act as an arbitrator.
