An arbitration agreement shall be in a document signed by the parties. Where the arbitration agreement is concluded by post or other means of electronic communication, an arbitration agreement shall be deemed to be in writing if an agreement in writing is concluded by exchange of letters, telex, telegrams or other means of telecommunication which provide a record of the agreement.
