Where, with reference to a dispute that may arise between two or more persons, an arbitration agreement is made between any two or more of these persons, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other law for the time being in force, no person other than an arbitral institution or a person designated or appointed as an arbitral tribunal under this Act shall have any right to intervene in the arbitration proceedings or to make any claim or take any step in connection therewith.
