What does Section 95 of TPA say?

Where a contract is made by a person (whether in his own name or in the name of another person) for the restraint of the transfer of immovable property for the benefit of any unborn person, such contract shall have no effect for the purpose of enabling any person to contend that the property is not his own, or that he has not absolute power of disposition over it.
