What does Section 90 of TPA say?

Where the mortgagor or his representative desires to redeem the mortgaged property, he may, at any time after the date of the mortgage, pay to the mortgagee or his representative the mortgage-money, and the mortgagee or his representative shall be bound to deliver possession of the mortgaged property to the mortgagor or his representative, and the mortgage shall be deemed to be fully satisfied.
