What does Section 71 of TPA say?

Where a contract is made with a person as a consideration for the transfer of property to him, and it is thereby agreed that some other property is to be transferred to him in lieu of such property, the contract, in the absence of any other agreement, shall be binding on the parties in respect of the property which is intended to be transferred, and not in respect of any other property.
