What does Section 69 of TPA say?

Where a person, having lawfully got into possession of immovable property, is dispossessed or threatened with dispossession by any person claiming to have title to the property, or to have a right to recover it, the person so dispossessed or threatened with dispossession may bring a suit to recover, or to obtain possession of, the property.
