What does Section 4 of TPA say?

In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context, "transfer of property" means an act by which a living person conveys property, in present or in future, to one or more other living persons, or to himself/herself, or to himself and one or more other living persons, in present or in future. The term "property of a person" includes all such rights and interests in or over property in India as he is entitled to enjoy, whether jointly with others or in separate ownership.
