What does Section 34 of TPA say?

Where a contract is made with a person competent to transfer ownership in immovable property for the transfer of such property for a consideration, and the transferor has not done any act to pass the ownership in the property, then, subject to the provisions of section 59, the transferor shall be deemed to be the absolute owner of the property, and the contract shall be treated as a contract to sell the property, and the transferee shall be deemed to be the absolute owner of the property, and the contract shall be treated as a contract to sell the property.
