What does Section 5 of Specific Relief Act, 1963 say?

Where any contract has been broken, the party who suffers by such breach may, as against the party who has broken the contract, claim compensation for any loss or damage resulting to him from the breach, and which it was the intention of the parties to guard against, in addition to the specific relief to which he may be entitled.
