What does Section 41 of Specific Relief Act, 1963 say?

Where any party to a contract (whether enforceable by specific performance or not) has, without reasonable cause, omitted to perform or has unreasonably delayed the performance of any term of such contract, the specific performance of the contract may be enforced by the other party thereto, on an application made to the court for that purpose.
