What does Section 45 of Sale of Goods Act, 1930 say?

According to Section 45 of the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, '(1) where the seller has exercised his right of lien or stoppage in transit, he may re-sell the goods, and, if the buyer has paid any part of the price, the re-sale shall be subject to a credit of such part of the price. (2) where the seller has not exercised his right of lien or stoppage in transit, the buyer shall, if the buyer has paid any part of the price, be entitled to re-delivery of the goods, or, if the goods have been re-sold, to the delivery of the proceeds of the re-sale, subject to a credit of such part of the price.' This section deals with the re-sale of goods by the buyer after the seller has exercised his right of lien or stoppage in transit, and outlines the conditions under which the buyer may be entitled to re-delivery of the goods or the proceeds of the re-sale.
