What does Section 2 of Sale of Goods Act, 1930 say?

In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,- (a) "agreement" includes an offer and an acceptance; (b) "buyer" means a person who buys or agrees to buy goods; (c) "goods" means all kinds of movable property other than money and securities; (d) "seller" means a person who sells or agrees to sell goods; (e) "transfer of ownership" means the transfer of the ownership of goods from one person to another.
