What does Section 78 of Registration Act, 1908 say?

If any person required under section 76 to furnish a copy of any document, or to produce the document for inspection, or to give information as to the contents of the document, fails to comply with the order, the Registrar or other officer may, by order in writing, require the person to show cause why he should not be punished under section 103 for his default.
