What does Section 72 of Registration Act, 1908 say?

Nothing in section 71 shall apply to any document relating to immovable property situated in a foreign country, if the document is a will, or a power of attorney, or a document of a like nature, or if the document is a copy of a document already registered in that country, or if the document is a document of a class which, by the law of that country, is not required to be registered.
