What does Section 60 of Registration Act, 1908 say?

The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act, and in particular, for prescribing the fees to be paid for the registration of documents, and for regulating the procedure to be followed in the registration of documents.
