What does Section 17 of Registration Act, 1908 say?

The following documents shall be registered, namely:— (a) every document which contains or relates to an agreement for the sale or conveyance of immovable property; (b) every document which affects the title to immovable property; (c) every document which imposes, or purports to impose, any liability upon any immovable property; (d) every document which purports to convey or assign any right, title, or interest in any immovable property; (e) every document which affects the tenancy of immovable property; (f) every document which affects the rights of a mortgagor or mortgagee in any immovable property; (g) every document which affects the rights of a lessee or lessor in any immovable property; (h) every document which affects the rights of a trustee in any immovable property; (i) every document which affects the rights of a guardian in any immovable property; (j) every document which affects the rights of a receiver in any immovable property; (k) every document which affects the rights of a manager in any immovable property; (l) every document which affects the rights of a partner in any immovable property; (m) every document which affects the rights of a director in any immovable property; (n) every document which affects the rights of a shareholder in any immovable property; (o) every document which affects the rights of a debenture-holder in any immovable property; (p) every document which affects the rights of a beneficiary in any immovable property; (q) every document which affects the rights of a creditor in any immovable property; (r) every document which affects the rights of a surety in any immovable property; (s) every document which affects the rights of a guarantor in any immovable property; (t) every document which affects the rights of a person interested in any immovable property; (u) every document which affects the rights of a person having any interest in any immovable property; (v) every document which affects the rights of a person having any right, title, or interest in any immovable property; (w) every document which affects the rights of a person having any claim or demand against any immovable property; (x) every document which affects the rights of a person having any interest in any immovable property; (y) every document which affects the rights of a person having any right, title, or interest in any immovable property; (z) every document which affects the rights of a person having any claim or demand against any immovable property.
