What does Section 63 of Partnership Act, 1932 say?

The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act, and in particular, for prescribing the forms and the manner in which the various documents and returns required by this Act shall be prepared and submitted.
