What does Section 52 of Partnership Act, 1932 say?

This Act shall apply to every firm which was registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, immediately before the commencement of this Act, as if this Act had been in force at all material times. Every such firm shall be deemed to be a firm registered under this Act, and the registration of such firm shall be deemed to be a registration under this Act.
