What does Section 26 of Partnership Act, 1932 say?

A partner shall not pledge any of his property in the firm, nor shall any other partner pledge any property of the firm. If any partner pledges any property of the firm, he shall be liable to make good the loss to the firm. The firm shall not be bound by any pledge made by a partner without the consent of all the partners.
