What does Section 22 of Partnership Act, 1932 say?

The provisions of this Act shall apply to every firm registered under this Act, and to every firm which, at the commencement of this Act, was registered under any other law for the time being in force, and to every firm which, at the commencement of this Act, was not registered under any law for the time being in force, but which, at the commencement of this Act, was carrying on business in any part of India.
