What does Section 10 of Partnership Act, 1932 say?

Subject to contract between the partners, every partner in a firm is liable jointly with all the other partners and also severally for all acts committed on behalf of the firm, whether such act is apparently so or not, by any of the partners or by any person having an authority from such partner or partners, or by any person appointed to be agent of the firm with authority to sign the firm's name or to do any other act in the name and on behalf of the firm.
