What does Section 74 of Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 say?

If the Central Government has reasonable cause to believe that a limited liability partnership is not complying with the provisions of this Act, it may, by order, direct the limited liability partnership to cease and desist from carrying on its business or to take such other steps as may be specified in the order. The limited liability partnership shall comply with the order and shall furnish such information or explanation as may be required by the Central Government.
