What does Section 72 of Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 say?

If the Central Government has reasonable cause to believe that a limited liability partnership is not carrying on business or is not in operation, or that the limited liability partnership is not complying with the provisions of this Act, it may, by order, direct the limited liability partnership to show cause why action should not be taken against it under this Act. The limited liability partnership shall comply with the order and shall furnish such information or explanation as may be required by the Central Government.
