What does Section 66 of Contract Act say?

Section 66 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, provides that the communication or revocation of a reciprocal promise may be expressed or implied. The section further provides that until the communication or revocation is made, the promise is not deemed to be accepted or revoked. The Bombay High Court has held that the acceptance of a reciprocal promise must be communicated to the offeror in order to complete the contract. (Keshav v. Haribhau, AIR 1961 Bom 147).
