What does Section 7 of Companies Act say?

The name of a company shall be such as not to associate itself with the name of any other company or association of persons or partnership or artificial juridical person or any brand name or trademark or any registered design or any other name which may be likely to be confused with the name of any other company or association of persons or partnership or artificial juridical person or any brand name or trademark or any registered design.
