What does Section 445 of Companies Act say?

The Central Government may, by notification, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for— (a) the fees payable under this Act; (b) the form and manner in which any document, return, report or other matter required to be presented, made, lodged, registered or filed under this Act shall be presented, made, lodged, registered or filed; (c) the form and manner in which any notice, summons, order or other document required to be served or issued under this Act shall be served or issued; (d) the form and manner in which any register, record or other document required to be kept under this Act shall be kept; (e) the manner in which any meeting of the company shall be convened, held and conducted; (f) the manner in which any resolution of the company shall be passed; (g) the manner in which any proceeding under this Act shall be conducted; (h) the manner in which any appeal under this Act shall be preferred; (i) the fees payable for the inspection of any register, record or other document required to be kept under this Act; (j) any other matter which is required to be, or may be, prescribed under this Act.
