What does Section 415 of Companies Act say?

The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force, and any other law in force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall, in so far as it is inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be subject to and shall have effect subject to the provisions of this Act.
