What does Section 358 of Companies Act say?

The Central Government may, by order, remove any person appointed as a director under section 356, and where any such person is removed, the Central Government may, by order, appoint another person in his place, and the provisions of sections 149, 150, 151, 152, 153 and 154 shall, as far as may be, apply to such person.
