What does Section 304 of Companies Act say?

If, at any time, the Central Government is of the opinion that the Registrar has persistently failed to comply with the directions given by it under section 301 or has been guilty of wilful default, the Central Government may, by order, supersede the Registrar and appoint a person to be the Registrar for a period not exceeding six months.
