What does Section 300 of Companies Act say?

Where the Central Government has reason to believe that a company is being or has been associated in any promotion, management or working of an offshore company, it may, by order, direct the company to make a call on its creditors for the amount specified in the order, and the company shall be bound to comply with such order.
