What does Section 267 of Companies Act say?

The Central Government may, by notification, make regulations for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for all or any of the matters which may be, or are required to be, prescribed under this Act.
