What does Section 265 of Companies Act say?

If the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order in writing, appoint a receiver for the management of the company and the receiver shall have the power to exercise all such powers and perform all such functions as may be necessary for the management of the company and the company shall be bound to comply with the order and the receiver shall be entitled to receive such remuneration as the Central Government may fix.
