What does Section 254 of Companies Act say?

If the Central Government has, under section 253, superseded the Board of Directors of a company, it may, by order, appoint a person to be the provisional manager of the company for such period, not exceeding two years, as the Central Government may specify, and the company shall be bound by the acts of the provisional manager.
