Section 25

A director may be removed from office before the expiry of his term of office by a special resolution passed by the company in general meeting. A director may be removed from office before the expiry of his term of office by a resolution passed by the company in general meeting if the company has a share capital and if not less than three-fourths of the total number of its members having the right to vote at the meeting have voted in favour of the resolution. A director may be removed from office before the expiry of his term of office by a resolution passed by the company in general meeting if the company has no share capital and if not less than three-fourths of the total number of its members having the right to vote at the meeting have voted in favour of the resolution.
