What does Section 132 of Companies Act say?

If the Central Government has reasonable cause to believe that a company is being or has been associated in any way with the promotion or management of any other company which has been wound up under this Act or under any previous company law, the Central Government may, by order, direct an investigation to be made into the affairs of the company.
