What does Section 55 of Arbitration Act say?

An arbitral award may also be challenged after it has been made on the ground mentioned in the first proviso to sub-section (14) of section 30, if the party making the application was under some disability, or if the award was induced or affected by some fraud or corruption, or if there was any misconduct or prejudice, on the part of the arbitrator, in the conduct of the reference.
