What does Section 40 of Arbitration Act say?

The arbitral tribunal shall conduct the arbitration in accordance with the provisions of this Act. The arbitral tribunal shall ensure that the parties are given a fair opportunity to present their case. The arbitral tribunal shall make an award in accordance with the provisions of this Act. The award shall be final and binding on the parties.
